Dr. Jennifer Sweeney is the Founder and Director of Solutions Behavioral Consulting. Using high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis practices and principles, Dr. Sweeney and her staff provide behavioral consultation services for families with children who have an autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral needs.
Dr. Sweeney completed her doctorate in Special Education under Dr. Melody Tankersley at Kent State University. She completed her Masters of Arts in Special Education at Ohio State University in 2003, where her thesis was, “The Effects of Behavioral Momentum on the Non-compliance Behaviors of Children with Autism.” Dr. Sweeney has subsequently received her Board Certification for Behavior Analysts, is a certified Ohio Behavior Analyst and holds licenses in both Special Education and Elementary Education.
As a passionate professional about autism and other related behavioral disorders, Dr. Sweeney has a great interest in research and critical inquiry into behavioral interventions. Currently, Dr. Sweeney serves as an adjunct instructor at Kent State University in the Special Education Department. Dr. Sweeney is the President of the Ohio Association for Behavior Analysis and has served on the Board in various roles since 2011. Carrie Yasenosky is a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst with Solutions Behavioral Consulting and the Clinical Director for the Solutions Center for Autism. Carrie completed her Bachelor's degree in Mild/Moderate Special Education at Kent State University. She went on to receive a Master's degree in Education from Kent State University with an emphasis in Early Childhood Intervention, which included a practicum in the area of Early Intervention (Birth through age 3) and teaching preschoolers with special needs. In 2011, Carrie received her Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
Carrie spent almost a decade as a classroom teacher. During this time, Carrie taught students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities as well as trained classroom and school staff on strategies for behavior intervention, skill acquisition, generalization, and data collection. She received intense training in program development and implementation, collecting and analyzing data, and implementing behavioral intervention strategies. She also has an extensive background in reading instruction, including phonemic awareness, phonics instruction, and sight word reading instruction. Carrie is dedicated to helping families and children overcome the behavioral, developmental, and social obstacles necessary for a happy and productive life.

Stacy Cianciolo has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for twelve years and has worked with children with Autism and related disabilities for twenty years. Stacy has an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology and has completed additional graduate coursework in special education. She has worked as a BCBA in home settings, public schools, and private schools and has served children ages two through adolescence with a specialty in early intervention and severe behavior. In addition, Stacy has taught ABA and psychology courses at Kent State University and Southern New Hampshire University and has provided numerous trainings for professionals and parents at regional and national conferences. She is also a mother of three and an advocate for whole child intervention, wellness, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Gina Seminaroti became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2016. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Education with a concentration in Speech-Language Pathology at The University of Toledo. Later, she received a Master's Degree in Education at Kent State University. Gina has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over ten years in both home and school settings, working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Gina enjoys music, road trips, and exploring different parts of the United States while meeting new people along the way!


Dr. Bryan Droesch has been a BCBA, since 2007, with over 25 years experience providing services to children and adults with special needs. Throughout his career he has worked in various settings, including private and public schools, home, clinic and community. In July of 2022, he joined Solutions Behavioral Consulting as a Clinical Director. Dr. Droesch completed his training in behavior analysis at the Ohio State University. Additionally, he earned his Doctorate in Education from Xavier University in 2022 in Leadership and has a masters in counseling from the University of Dayton. Dr. Droesch has been a member of the Ohio Association for Behavior Analysis since 2012 and has held a variety of positions on the Board; currently, he is the Professional Standards Chair.


Olivia Blackburn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with Solutions Behavioral Consulting, with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and a Masters in the Science of Behavior Analysis From Mercyhurst University. Olivia took an interest in Applied Behavior Analysis during her undergraduate coursework where the generality of the science was explained. From substance abuse research, child development, and business management practices, it was evident that the science and application was effective when practiced with integrity.
During graduate school, Olivia worked in a charter school for underprivileged children. Her research was based on discrete trial teachings to support students struggling with basic math skills. Olivia was motivated by the potential of Applied Behavior Analysis. She supports the beliefs all educators hold for their students; that all children are capable of learning, and worth teaching.
Today, Olivia works in schools, home and center based clients to support the needs of the child diagnosed with Autism and other disabilities. She aspires to continue working with children to support their needs across environments.


Stacy Nicol became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020 and has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for six years. Stacy became interested in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in her undergrad psychology coursework while conducting research in a related field. She then went on to receive a Masters degree in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Stacy is motivated by the research and application of Applied Behavior Analysis and committed to providing support to her clients and families. Today, Stacy works in the home, school, and clinical setting to support the needs of students with autism and other developmental disabilities.


Audrey M. Jones has been a BCaBA with Solutions Behavioral Consulting since 2008. Audrey completed her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Akron in 2001. After completing graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas, Audrey continued to further her education. In 2003, Audrey began working for Nationwide Children's Hospital's Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intensive Behavioral Intervention Program as a senior aide and later as a case supervisor. During this time, Audrey received intense training in program development and implementation, collecting and analyzing data, and the implementation of behavioral intervention strategies. In 2004, Audrey received her Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) after a culmination of graduate coursework, hands-on experience hours, and passing a national certification exam. Audrey is passionate about helping children and families who have been affected by an autism spectrum disorder. She is a yearly participant and team leader for Walk Now for Autism events benefiting Autism Speaks, and a team leader and supporter of Akron Walks for Autism events.


Juliana Carrus is dually certified as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has worked in the field of Special Education for 15 years, primarily with children with autism and emotional behavior disorders. She received her BS in Communication Disorders from Boston University and her MA in Speech-Language Pathology from Case Western Reserve University. She is currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Before Solutions Behavioral Consulting, Mrs. Carrus was a Speech-Language Pathologist at the Positive Education Program with a caseload of students ranging from age 5 to age 15. She has extensive experience in developing home-based programs, parent and caregiver training, and augmentative and alternative communication training.
Juliana Carrus is married with four children. She is passionate and committed to supporting parents, teachers, and colleagues in encouraging the development of functional communication skills in children.


Ryan Sweeney is the Chief Financial Officer and oversees accounting, finance, payroll, and other business administration areas. Ryan's background encompasses twenty years of experience in the telecommunication industry, most recently leading employees to grow distribution within a large geographical area. Ryan's experience in retail leadership, indirect management, and business to business sales allows Solutions Behavioral Consulting to better understand how to serve families within the school, home, and center-based environments.
Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from The University of Phoenix, an associate degree in Economics from Columbus State University and is currently working towards his Master's degree in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.


Ashley joined Solutions Behavioral Consulting in 2017 as our Practice Manager. She has a background in healthcare management, as well as nursing. She is very committed to helping others and being an active member of her community. Previously, Ashley has worked in management for a mobile medical clinic and also for Summa Physician. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family. She has four young nieces and nephews, and a stepson.


Chelsea Kelly is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She attended Kent State University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, as well as minors in Psychology, Disability and Community Inclusion and Autism. She went on to receive a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Akron. Chelsea coached a cheerleading team for children with special needs and this is when she first became interested in the field. She is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives every single day. Whether that is helping a client find their voice with a new communication system, or helping a client be understood by others. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys traveling, listening to live music and spending quality time with family and friends.
